Managing Director

Joined Moscow Re as CEO in October 2006, in April 2007 took a position of Managing Director where he continues to be responsible for strategic development, undewriting and sales, relationships with clients, investors and rating agencies.

Until summer 2006 worked for Partner Reinsurance Company in Zurich. Held several senior functions mainly in underwriting and risk management (emerging risks issues etc). Broad array of other roles, including Pricing and ROE tool development, wording / clause development and similar. Since 2003 account manager for global clients (AIG, ACE etc), as well as for Lloyd's.

Prior to Partner Re, worked for Swiss Re in Zurich. His assignments there included underwriting and clients management for parts of Central and Easten Europe. Earlier roles in strategic planning, capital allocation and similar projects.

Studed on Germany, USA, Switzerland and Japan. PhD in mathematics, has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA).
